PLR is an abbreviation for 'Private Label Rights'.  When content or a product is sold with private label rights it means that you have the right to use the brand it with your own name or 'label'.

Typically you can publish the content as is in your own name and you can edit the content as you wish.

This is great news for the web publisher who needs more content fast!
